Meeting called to order at 7:35 pm by Dave DePree.

Meeting Minutes

v Liebman/Kahn motioned to accept the open meeting minutes of 8/28 as amended; unanimously approved.

v Liebman/Gordon motioned to accept the open meeting minutes of 9/4 as amended; unanimously approved.

v Liebman/Tran motioned to accept the executive committee meeting minutes of 9/4 as amended; unanimously approved.

Meeting Adjournment

Liebman/Kahn moved to enter into executive session for the purpose of discussing real property and adjourn the meeting afterwards without going back into open session; passed unanimously. Meeting adjourned at 7:40 pm.
